Opening Hours
Selecting and booking SPA Experiences
If you need help choosing a type of Treatment, Wellbeing Appointments or Fitness Class, we recommend that you contact the Wellness Centre Reception directly. You can do this by calling 296 247 713 or emailing wellnesscenter@verdemarhotel.com.
Our Team will also be able to suggest treatment programmes specially adapted to your needs.Cancellation or Rescheduling of SPA Experiences
As a courtesy, you will receive confirmation of your booking before you arrive. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must inform us 24 hours in advance. No-shows or lack of notice will result in the entire spa session or personalised fitness class being charged and validated. No refunds will be given.
Physical Conditions
If you suffer from any illness, are taking any medication or are pregnant, please inform the Verde Mar Wellness Centre team. Some treatments and fitness classes may not be suitable for your physical condition.
Admission
Access to the Sanus Per Aquam Zone (Hydrotherapy) is free for hotel guests, as is use of the Fitness Room. However, we ask that you remain calm so as not to disturb the relaxing atmosphere of the space.
Children or young people under the age of 14 may not attend spa treatments or fitness classes if they are not accompanied by their parents.
Accompaniment by friends, family or other persons is only permitted if the client has a physical or mental disability, duly proven by a medical record, or is a minor.
Image Registration
The Verde Mar Wellness Centre is a place of tranquillity where we protect your image and that of others. It is expressly forbidden to record images, photographs or videos without the prior consent of those present and the hotel management.
On your first visit
We recommend that you show up 45 minutes before the start of your treatment. In this way, you will have time to better appreciate and enjoy the whole space and especially the use of the Sanus Per Aquam Zone (Hydrotherapy).
Punctuality
Check-in must be 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of your treatment if you do not wish to use the Sanus Per Aquam (Hydrotherapy) Zone. Late arrival will limit your wellness experience.
What to wear
The Verde Mar Wellness Centre will provide you with a bathrobe and towel so that you can enjoy your wellness moment more comfortably. A locker will also be provided for your convenience.
